The Uses of Argon in Rare Gases…
The most important uses for argon is this:
(i) Argon can be modified by coloured glass or mixing with argon and mercury vapour.
(ii) We use Neon in minute amounts in various release tubes and fluorescent light bulbs.
(iii) Argon can be moderate electric current cause bright orange red glow.
(iv) Argon is a colourless, odourless gas that is totally inert to other substances.
(v) Argon is used in this way for the production of titanium and other reactive elements.
