After overthrowing Razia Sultana the Turkish chiefs placed Muizuddin Bahram Shah on the throne of Delhi.
The post of Naib (Naib-i-Mamlikat) was formed by Muizuddin Bahram Shah to reduce the authority of the Sultan.
