Saturated Vapour Pressure is:
At any temperature, molecules of all liquids, called Vapours are escaping from the surface. If the number of molecules leaving the surface per second is the same as the number returning to it, the vapour pressure is maximum and is called Saturated Vapour Pressure. Its value depends on the nature of the substance and the temperature.
